Workout Tip: iTunes Podcasts are a great way to practice yoga when you have little time or are not wanting to drive all the way to a gym or studio. Today, I downloaded YOGAmazing’s Beginners Yoga and did it with my mom. It only lasted about 30 minutes, but made us both feel more awake and flexible. Try searching for “yoga” in iTunes store and see what you can find! There are so many choices to choose from like power yoga, yoga for relaxation, and yoga for weight loss. I think yoga is really beautiful and I have always been really interested in yogi’s and their sacred devotion to this amazing exercise. I am also going to try and begin attending a non-profit yoga studio called Rubber Soul Yoga in Athens. They only take donations and have a great variety of classes. I think this is a great option for students!
